SAIL is managed by Michał Ochal and Barbara Gacparska. Barbara Gacparska is a lawyer specializing in construction law and a graduate of agricultural studies as well as managerial programs for developers. Her comprehensive expertise and practical industry experience form a key pillar of SAIL’s operations, supporting the company’s legal, analytical, and investment processes.
